Maybe most modern cellphones have a camera functionality - as in incorporates a camera system. The rest will be just differences in features and performance between cellphone camera systems and other (eg. DSLR etc.) camera systems. Also would be interesting (if ever possible) to know whether one person sees 'exactly' the same colour as another person - especially because one person's 'hardware' most likely isn't the same as that of another person.
