Hello, everyone. Sorry for the late reply, I did try to catch your comments on the week (lots of work), but I like replying from my computer to do so comfortably. It also makes uploading images much easier.
I did put it in a south-facing window with a sheer curtain, where I have my other Catt's and an Oncidium. So far they all seem to love it. With the light and the heat, the media dried out quickly and I didn't water it anymore. Makes sense to wait for new roots to appear before watering, and I actually did not water some orchids right after repotting because of what was already said. This time though I just didn't think it through since I saw it was dehydrating somewhat quickly. But hey, the front shoot is getting thick and seems to go happily, not so slowly growing, and the second one kinda seems to be growing too (cross my fingers to have two shoots this season).
As for the ppm meter, I'm going to rule it out atm because I have a few more important expenses, but it's a nice suggestion for orchid culture in general. I don't know if it is a seedling or an adult sized-plant (as it has been pointed out, both things). I'd believe it can be an adult-sized plant because it's rupiculous, but who knows? Either way, I will get some iron supplement to start feeding it.
Currently I'm feeding my orchids who need it at 1/4 dose of the package (it's an african violet fertilizer), and they've been doing awesome. I guess I'll do half that for my rupi, then a clean watering, then an iron-supplement watering. And water it as a normal plant and not as in semi-hydro, because it really is a lot of moisture for such a tiny plant. I think with this routine I'll have to water every three days or maybe a little longer.
Anyway, I thank you all for your comments. I will keep you posted and probably will ask some more questions in the future, but for now that's it.
