I feel like any change in conditions, and these guys slam on the brakes. Now that you've got it in a consistent environment, I would expect the new growth to paper all its sheaths, and start pushing new roots out. Might be up to a couple months from now, but still I would expect it by then.
My 'Killa' clone stopped its latest growth early after I repotted it. Luckily it was mostly done, the leaf is just a little more folded down towards the bulb. I'm expecting roots soon, which is why I repotted it a couple weekends ago.
