Thanks Diane --- for letting me know that A.O. is on your notification list. There's a fair chance that they sell that one. The 'Burgundy' one will definitely be acquirable. You might even encounter it in other ways - such as from the club meets etc. It's definitely getting around. That's a very nice one for a spotted catt collection for sure!

Beautiful flowers Keith!!! Wonderful display from that one. The C. Caudebec 'Linwood' definitely looks like very appealing candy! Thanks for uploading that nice pic!
C. Caudabec Candy is recorded in the RHS international orchid register as:
C. Penny Kuroda (Caudebec Group) x C. Lulu
Even the bracketed portion is part of the registered grex for C. Penny Kuroda (Caudebec Group). Interesting in that they even put brackets with the Penny Kuroda. A touch of overkill there heheh.
With a lot of these spotted catts, rbarata and I notice interesting colour transitions are the flowers get older. There was one time that the flowers of this same orchid looked like this for approximately one week.
And then, usually at the very last stages of bloom - the flowers can become darkish maroon red - glazed candy appearance.
