Was happy to see my ecuagenera package at my door today; my first order from them. Was pleased with my 2 anthuriums and the Brassia gireoudiana.

The Cattleya trianaei has healthy plump pseudobulbs and leaves; however, disappointing that the roots are mushy and lead is rotted off. Should not have packed the roots in spagnum and wrapped in plastic wrap. Two lateral eyes are developing though in response to the dead main lead. Anyhow, a good value overall and been wanting these species for a long while.

good haul. The trianea sounds like it will make it but I would rinse the remaining roots a bit - try to get rid of all the old media, it looks really degraded and will carry on degrading around the roots if you leave it as it is.
