C. labiata coerulea spike watch

I think the shape and color has settled down after 2-3 days post opening. It is a really difficult color to photograph and I tried different lighting and backgrounds. It's a diaphanous light purple and I really like it!

The flowers are about 15 cm (5.9 in) and very fragrant during the early morning hours. It smells a bit like the lavender bathroom deodorizer... mixed with citrus notes. I'm not sure if I like it too much!

The plant is quite large... I think about 18 in tall. I hope it doesn't get any taller or it won't fit inside.
