One flower fully opened this morning. Taking advantage of the sunlight again.

The sparkles come out when there's enough light (as it does with a lot of orchid flowers and other flowers).

A lovely bloom.
It seemed to have a lot of green when it first opened, is this still evident?

Thanks for asking about the colour Diane. Good observation as well! The greenish colour very quickly changed to the yellow colour.

I noticed that the exterior of the bud for this one begin to transition to a little yellowy-green colour just before it opens.

Interestingly --- this was different to the Rth. Free Spirit, where the exterior of the buds went quite yellow already before the buds opened. The recently opened Rth. Free Spirit flowers ---- which were yellow to begin with, have now changed to a darker yellow (even orange) colour. I'll upload a pic of the dark-yellow/orange coloured flower of the Free Spirit later on today.
