Probably Mg deficiency. I had one like this and watered with Epson salts for a period of roughly 3 months. That fixed the problem.

rbarata touched on possible deficiency in some chemical element (eg. magnesium).

Also -- is it the newest leaf? And the lighting it gets probably needs to be described ------ as in how much light does it get? Direct sunlight, artificial light, what intensity etc. Intensity probably would need to be measured - so can't always give figures on that. But ---- on the other hand ---- if too much light, then we could also expect the other leaves to look like that too.
