Default Brown marking, bugs vs fungus

Any thoughts on what this could be? The leaves seem to be a little mottled, the brown area is on the underside of one leaf (it’s a laeliocattleya). Thank you!

Is it dried and hard - like a hardened lacquer?

It is dry but I would not say lacquered, I can pick some of it off the leave if I try

could be scars on from old mechanical damage or scars from oedema.

If it is dried, or has dried right up - and not wet or liquid (or at least not anymore) ------- then no problem. Fishy mentioned one possibility already ----- edema. Can google 'edema orchid leaf' ----- and see if that sounds like or looks like your case over there.
