Finally, some flowers. This one has grown very well for me, but only now has it decided to produce some blooms. The scent is reminiscent of walkeriana's, but not as overpowering.

I normally don't like the Walkeriana lip shape and I never really noticed the nobilior has the same shape (sort of like a fish's tail) - it's very nticebale on yours but the veining and petal shape has turned out really well on yours.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the parents were. You're welcome to some pollen if you would like.

I appreciate the offer! However, I've already got enough nobilior pods and pollen for the moment.

Very good. And now that the blooms have been open for a few days, I can report that the flowers are just as strong as any of the walkerianas in my collection. I took it to work today for a little show-and-tell, and by the time I got to the office I was nearly gagging. It's much better appreciated in a fairly large and open area.
