I have a feeling that your feline is going to feed on this one. The cat just looks to be asleep.

haha ..... SM ...... after hearing and seeing other growers mention that some cats really do eat orchids and plants ....... it was definitely and absolutely concerning! But fortunately - some people mention that behaviours from cat to cat can be quite different. Different behaviours and personalities. The one here took up residence at my place - initially a stray - very skinny at that time. One afternoon - it just so-happened to be hanging around in one area at home here. And I also just so-happened to had bought fish and chips for lunch. So went inside to get a little piece of fried (battered) fish ---- expecting the cat to have run off by that time. But was still there! So ----- after tossing the piece of fish over to it ------ it was then roughly about that time it (she) decided to live here ------ permanently hehe.

Also interesting in that this cat - once she took up residence here ----- absolutely does not go on excursions to other houses or anywhere. Doesn't cross the road etc. Has some quite interesting nice behaviours too. And very importantly - she doesn't damage house plants and orchids ----- although - there was one time that she rubbed her face on the side of an orchid's plastic pot ---- and the pot toppled over --- which happened once. Surprisingly that was the only time! Amazing!
