That's a wonderful flower Sam! The colour makes me incredibly hungry too hehehehehe. It is like a lime cheesecake colour!!!!! Nice.

I had only seen 2 of these — completely white with the yellow of course but no pink coloring, and the typical awarded one which has the distinct pink mark right at the bottom split but no blush etc.

Have a very long list of cattleyas I want....They were my first orchid loves decades ago and still are. Even though we wait all year for just a couple of blooms on some — and cry into our pillows if anything happens to new leads or heaven forbid blooms...it’s worth it when they make it all healthy and gorgeous.

Thanks.Can't help you as this plant originated in Europe (Nardotto e Capello).
I assume type of markings / blushes are function of breeding generations .
