Leptotes bicolor bud watch

Hello, I only recently discovered Leptotes orchids. I've been been trying to purchase one and up to date no luck. Also as I'm up in years, I need a blooming size plant. I saw pictures and instructions as to how you created your mount. If I ever find a plant, I'd like to try it. Looking at these pictures, how did you initially attach the plant to the mount?

Andy's Orchids is a source, they have great plants...
Andy's Orchids - Species Specialist - Alphabetical Genus search(L).
This will be blooming size, and already established on a mount. (I have often remounted Andy plants where the mount has started to disintegrate, or else mount can be attached to another mount and plant grows without missing a beat) They might have other sizes than just what's shown on the website... the website shows only a small fraction of what is available.
