C. Penang 'Black Caesar' AM/AOS
I mentioned this plant in the 'New Growth Porn' thread. I bought this plant in February 2020, when it had just finished blooming on 3 leads.
It promptly set 5 new growths in the spring, and then added 8 or 9 more over the summer. It has now started blooming, with 5 flowers on most inflorescences. Of course, with all shows cancelled, I have nowhere to take it.

That is really impressive! And also very beautiful.
Are all the judging centers closed, too? I know that some of our Orchid Society members have taken orchids to judging centers, sometimes a couple of states away when they feel they have a winner and there are no area shows.
But, maybe next year will be an even grander show...with more leads coming off of those.

The Northeast Judging Center (now in NJ) is functioning. Their next meeting is two weeks out though, so this plant will probably be past it's prime.
This clone already has an AM, but only 1 CCM (plant with 6 spikes). Having 13 or 14 should qualify, provided that blooms are evenly distributed.
