Not necessarily... in the initial photo they looked really small. Now they look more normal.

They do look more normal now. Could also take a pic roughly front-on to see the proportions a bit more.

Hey, is it supposed to smell funky/not good? Or is that just hybridizing messing with the fragrance. I dunno how to describe the smell, but it's just not right. I looked and couldnt find a mention of either parent being fragrant.

So YOU are the reason he is totally sold out of minis!
I went to his website this morning to look and there is not one listing. I wanted to look at blooms and make a choice for the near future.
Beautiful purple color on this one.

Never fear... there will be more. There are always lots of neat things in the queue.

Fred has a fall clearance sale for customers each year. There were a fair number available just a couple of weeks ago, but they went quickly. Sign up for his E-mail newsletter to be notified of the special sales. He also offers new releases early through the newsletter. Things often sell out quickly before the general public finds out.

He also sends seasonal Catasetinae growing information to subscribers. Last week he sent out the fall newsletter.

Lol. I must confess...I checked the SVO website a couple of days ago after seeing a gorgeous SVO catt on another post. Alas, all sold out. Everything sold out. Don't you hate it when that happens?!
