Nice to see it flowering as a small plant, seems to handle a Mediterranean climate ok.

Really nice! Sure, it should handle your Mediterranean climate just fine. Native to Central America, elevations 1000-1400 m. Charles Baker in Orchidwiz lists a minimum night temperature in habitat of 8 deg C (46 deg F), and having acclimated, that can be stretched a little. Summer, just give it a bit of shade and it should handle the heat. One of those renamed ones... I knew it as Oerstedella centradenia, the Oersetdellas are Epidendrums now.
