Does that cat ever move off the top of that freezer? I think you have a real one and a stuffed one.

WW ..... the yellow does really come through over that pinky violet colour - especially when very bright. Less prominent when the sun is shining a lot on it now that the yellow has really built up.
Capturing a few different phases like that was interesting and fun. Totally agree!
There is another cultivar I have - Rth. Dal's Emperor 'Michelle'
(google drive link), which is typically full yellow when it flowers in my region. But apparently some red colours come out in the temperate regions.
As for ginger cat ----- you burst my bubble hahaha. I didn't think anybody would ever find out.
That freezer top is her usual morning nap area haha. Either there, or a table next to the freezer, where she just jumps between the two spots. And then there's also the foam box where my vanilla orchid leaves just lie upon. And gingercat sleeps on top of that box anyway haha. But fortunately her weight is not enough to damage the plant. Just keeps the leaves warm haha.
