Rhonda - the plants look quite alright. Yes ------ maybe it's just due to lighting duration - as in exposure each day to adequate duration of light (apart from the level of light intensity).

I once purchased some Rlc. Memoria Helen Brown orchids from a nursery ------ they all had lots of big pseudobulbs. Definitely well into flowering size. The plants were healthy - super healthy and big leaves, but didn't appear to be getting quite enough sun (due to the leaf colour).

Lots of bulbs! No signs of old spikes on any of the bulbs. The following year - I got flowering. For my case, upping the light level and/or light duration probably helped.

I got pics of the flowers (OrchidBoard Link). The orchids are Rlc. Memoria Helen Brown - and were mis-labelled as 'Sweet Afton' cultivar. But they are clearly not 'Sweet Afton'. Fortunately they are at least still Rlc. Memoria Helen Brown.

The adjustments or tweaks you're making with conditions for this season may well lead to flowering too.
