with Brassia Rex 'Sakata' and Brassocatanthe Punakea 'Lee'


bought as tiny seedlings 4 years ago
grown under cheap led shop lights.
the kienastiana smells a bit musty, not very strong.
the fabia smells sweet, spicy and rich. very strong. perfumed the whole basement.

Super elegant and wonderful colours. Having them all next to each other is really great too.

Need to get onto the guy or girl that did the painting though. Some of the paintwork got stuck onto the left petal.

These are very nice! My Kienastiana is identical to yours, bought from the same source. A very thirsty plant in general. I also have 3 Fabias but still waiting on blooms.
Maggie Raphael (trianae x dowiana aurea) is in bloom right now, you should check out this cross if you like sweet lemony fragrance.
Did you import them in Canada from Poland?

Both awesome, the fragrance of the labiata cross sounds wonderful. Love how the colors really pop out in the outdoor pics.
