Yes, pure cypress mulch is a good substitute for orchiata. I got a giant box of ecoweb from Ray Barkalow during a sale he had to get rid of the stuff out of his inventory. Unfortunately, I don't know where to get any more, which is fine with me because I think I have a lifetime supply with the amount I currently have!! lol
On another note, Mary Richardson is an orchid friend of mine in Lake Charles. Do you know her?
