Default Question to the experienced Laelia lundii growers (blooming)

Hello, my friends

What seems to trigger blooming on this species?
Temp drop? Light?

I grow mine in a bonsai pot with a slab of cork and some bark filled in around the sides.
I grow it outside spring to fall hanging from a pear tree. It gets bright dappled light.
In winter it sits in a south window close to the glass so it gets pretty cool. I water once a week, I’d say it’s usually pretty dry.
Flowers emerge with the new growth, the flower opens as the leaf develops. This year it pushed out 2 new growths after flowering. Not sure if it will flower again, previously it only put out new growth once a year in late winter.

Mine is now growing two new leads but, as far as I know, it blooms in winter so I don't have much faith in it. The winter growths didn't gave any blooms but it was after I buy it.
