When they've gone this far you usually need to stake above the sheath to get the flowers to display better. It's risky.

Another trick you can try when flowers are developing is to tilt the pot in the direction of the light. Then when the flowers open you can replace the pot flat, and the flowers will be facing more upright than they would otherwise. It may be too late for that with your plant.

Alright,
all 4 open, I staked with rubber band..so I don't have to much stress on the spike. Looks great, i also did the tilding trick.. first I thought you guys are fooling me but it looks like it really helped
