Default Prosthechea garciana fragrance

This one has a wonderful fragrance and it seems different at different times of the day. During the day it has a sweet citrus scent and by night it becomes something cinnamon/cardamom? like snickerdoodles.

I wonder if anyone else has noticed this? Perhaps I'm just going stir crazy trapped inside the house!

I haven't got one of these Jeff ..... but definitely trust that some orchids can produce scents as you describe .... as in cinnamon type smells .... or cinnamon brown sugary smells etc. Nice!

I was reading that these produce at citrusy fragrance but not a cinnamon one. Those two scents don't seem that alike, at least to me. Working in a synthetic lab, I think my nose has been shot!

I was just curious what other's have detected.
