Default Guarianthe (Cattleya) aurantiaca

In Dec 2017 or Jan 2018, I purchased 10 plugs. Over the last two years, I have sold 9 of them. The one I kept for my own collection has 3 spikes (on plant in a 4.1/2" clay pot) on pseudobulbs about 6" tall.

The first spike just started to open when I was in the greenhouse on Saturday. Turns out to be a very nicely spotted flower.

Beautiful. I had one when I lived in Costa Rica, but it didn't stay in bloom for long, although since I bought it in bloom who knows. I'm curious to know how long yours stays in bloom.
