This is (‘SVO’ x ‘Tokyo Mini’), a new line of breeding from Peter Lin of Diamond Orchids. The flowers are smaller due to the ‘Tokyo Mini’ parent. The judges gave it a CCM for floriferousness, but not a flower award. Too bad, since in my opinion the shape is as good as some of the larger flowered clones.
