Hi all, It seems Photobucket has bit the dust. I’ve had problems over the years, but lately they’ve been telling me I needed to upgrade my account even though I’ve not exceeded my bandwidth. I thought I might get access to my images if I upgraded, but the site has been down for at least a week. I stopped the recurring yearly fee and complained through PayPal. I have all of the images, but they were linked through Photobucket to my posts here. When I try to log in, I get redirected to other sites, so it appears they’ve been hacked as well. So sad...

For someone amassing a photo collection like yours, I don’t know why you don’t just get your own website.

Most are under $10/month, secure, and reliable

Take a look at InMotionHosting.com

Thanks Ray, I will look into it.
Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be able to reconnect the broken links, but maybe there is a way to do that as well?

Not without a LOT of individual post editing!

I used to store my photos at Photobucket but as soon as thay started to ask for money and stoped allowing direct links I changed to Postimages.org. So far it has been a great experience.
But I agree with Ray, why don't you set up your own website?
