I bought it 14 years ago but so far it has not blooms. This year I put it on the balcony and yesterday it made the first flower.

14 years?! At least they don’t take up a lot of space. I have a rule against making room for non-bloomers. The tiny ones though, I can justify. You can tuck these tiny pots in anywhere

That is an absolutely adorable, sweet little bloom and well done keeping your patience! From what I can see, it looks super healthy
