I was able to get this little guy at the Honolulu Orchid Show today.
Cyc William Clarke is a primary hybrid between Cyc cooperi and Cyc herrenhusanum and it looks like this cross really takes after the cooperi parentage. Unfortunately, the pics I took make the flower look more yellow than it really is, as the real color is closer to a burnt orange, really unique IMO. I think this is its first bloom and Im going to try and cross this one with my Cyc barthiorum for a little pink and some spots. That is of course, if I can get female flowers from my barthiorum!
