Default Catasetum not losing leaves

I have 6 catasetums, all of which have almost 100% lost their leaves except one. Do all go into dormancy? It is SVO Karen Armstrong x Extravaganza. Same treatment for all. Also, this is my first year with Catasetum going into dormancy. Read info on SVO site. Thank you in advance.

As Fred Clarke mentions in his culture notes, sometimes you have to push dormancy by cutting out water even if there are still green leaves. Fred says "January" for that, and we're here...Think of it as a child who needs a bit of extra persuasion about bedtime...You don't let them stay up even if they say "But I'm not sleepy"

This is a tried and true way to make it happen. You can also cut the leaves off at the same time as you cut watering.

What's the rough average temperature over there around the plant? And how much light is the plant getting exposed to through-out the day?
