Seeking advice on young catasetinae hybrids

Errr, I'd say absolutely do not pot now. This flush of roots is an afterthought and repotting now may set the plant back. The main flush of roots will come with the new growth, which is when you should repot. The plant looks fine in its current pot.

Few additional things I've noticed:
1. The media looks like its on its last legs. It looks sopping wet and dark green, which may indicate algae growing on top of the media. Definitely repot in the spring and jam pack the spagnum moss in the new pot as tight as you can get it. This will help keep the media fresh for two year by allowing the media to dry more quickly. Again, no need to repot right now. Just be prepared to repot when the new growth is just starting to send new roots.

2. The white stripes at the base of the leaves appear yellow, which means the plant is done growing and is ready for dormancy. I bet those leaves would turn yellow and drop off in a few days if the media went bone dry. Don't worry about those new roots. Like I said earlier, they're just icing on the cake.

Hello again peeps!

I return with more updates on those little chubby babies and a simple question:

- Cycnodes Wine Delight 'JEM' : this little naughty baby didn't want to take his winter rest, and I let him be. Now he is growing that new growth and has continued to produce roots and is doing great in my opinion. Of course, I continued watering.



- Cycnodes Jumbo Puff 'Taiyoung No.1' : very formal guy, the most advanced baby. Took his winter rest like a good boy, and now is growing his new growth like a champ. I would like some advice about when will be the right time to begin watering, as he hasn't tasted a drop of water since December.





- Monnierara Millennium Magic 'Witchcraft' : the runt of the litter. Doing her best, but as she was the smallest, is a little behind her brothers. Also without water since December. I don't think I should water yet.





What do you experts think?

All small plants, so I’d wait until the roots are 3” long or so. Increased light and heat helps them grow faster.

So like... 7'6 cm. Okay. Although it might be hard to guess their length once they go into the media...
