My millennium magic is in spike now. As your weather cools, watch for spikes. Make a plan to repot after blooming. I use clay pots. Mine were outdoors with lots of water/rain and these pots are perfect for "transpiring" water. BTW mine doesn't go into full dormancy over Winter and I water roughly 1x per week.

The light colored leaves look like an effect of bright sun to me. Nothing to worry about.

I bet this will really take off in new media next spring.

Update! Mine is now in process of spiking. Got 2 spikes. Maybe they'll open in time for Christmas?

One spike finally opened. Didn't open in time for Christmas, but first bloom of 2019 for me!
