1) Do leafless bulbs keep growing? Mine have 2 little bulbs. Should I discard them?

No, they are energy reserve for the plant

2) Leafless bulbs grow new roots? Only the new growth seems to be developing roots and then old bulbs are a little wrinkeled.

No, they obly can grow new growth, which will grow new roots

3) In pic 2 what is that growing along side the roots?

A new growth wich probably will grow next season
