Did you take pics of the roots? And please let us know who the seller is if they don't make it right. Nothing like getting burned on an expensive orchid...

No, unfortunately I didn't take a photo of it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I haven't heard back from the vendor since yesterday. All I really want is what I paid for. I'm upset that they implicitly accused me of switching the plant. The customer service is really leaving a bad taste.
I will write them again if I don't hear from them this afternoon.
Just wanted to update: I received a replacement plant that is in excellent condition and am satisfied with the customer service. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help.
