I did see one earlier, but I can see some more now.
What I would do:
The red I would remove, I would even consider cutting it above the rotten part, or atleast pay attention to that part. The new growth may survive, it does have some nice roots going on
The blue part I would pot by itself, the "?" Is because I'm not sure how that bulb is. I would remove that aswell if its not perfectly healthy.
Mostly because having a partly rotten bulb would make it harder for me to care for it, its easier to remove that than risk the whole plant being destroyed. (Remember- when the new growths start growing full speed you're gonna water pretty heavily, not sure that bulb can take that- and thats even harder to do something about when the new roots are established)
Watch some repotting videos on catasetum, they are handled pretty rough regarding old roots.
Anyway- thats what I would do, but again: no expert
