Don't know in other EU countries, but in Italy is difficult enough. It's better to manage to send to another country (es France or Germany) and then take them from there to Italy.

The HUGE problem is the Spanish beaurocracy. It would have to be sent to Madrid, they send me a letter, I have to phone them, they email me with a payment request, I have to transfer the money and then they send it.

Then the bastards charge me import duty EVEN ON THE POSTAGE!

It might take three weeks to get here.
