Default Some advice needed! FC after dark

Hello,

This is my little catasetum and i have been holding of watering it till the growth gets bigger and the roots are the appropriate size to start watering ( and the waiting takes sooo long ) today i got a little surprise and scare when i was watering other plants and tipt the little guy over and out of it's container.. i saw what looks like another growth is starting to grow on the other side of last years growth, this makes me happy and also somewhat confused cause now what do i do, wait till the smallest guy gets roots and then water or start watering when the roots of the other growth are 3 inches? last years bulb is getting pretty shrivelled too so some advice is very welcome!

Thanks!

You should tie this one down so that it is very secure and won't fall out of the pot. Any wiggle will kill the roots and likely harm the plant. Other than that, let this one stay dry for at least several more weeks.
