Well... here a sneak peek. Looks like the one that was previously posted. Should help create some interesting hybrids now.

mine is still at the 'pinky' stage. It will be interesting to see if it turns out like the others I have seen. I am impressed though at the number of blooms this hybrid has.
Iburn - is yours scented ?

At the moment no. The buds have been slowly opening up at night, from what I noticed 2 days ago. This is day three since the first flower opened. It looks like mine has more white tone than the French forum post. But definitely looks the same overall. But I like the fact it's a compact bloomer. I'm over 101 species & hybrids at the moment time to build another bench

yes.....and you also need to get a couple of those Fred is selling with naming rights if you get it to bloom first. How cool is that ? It looks like you are in a warm area so you may have a head-start on everyone else. In fact, if I remember correctly, one of Fred's special hybrids is named after a lady in Puerto Rico.

Which one are those? Didn't see them on the website.

it may have been Fong Cing, not sure. However all the grexes registered by him with a person's name are more than likely the person who first flowered the grex. He mentioned this in his AOS presentation.
SVO5615 will be named after the first person to flower it - this is on his website in the description.

Well this orchid is now called "Mormodia Green Tiger" -Fred Clarke

Tried to take a stab at a name for it after i saw your post and sent him an email, but he already had it named.

Final outcome.
It now has a candy liquorice with floral hints fragrance to it.

I'm surprised it's turned out so green when it started with fairly dark buds. I thought flowers usually darkened as they developed!

Nice though, and sounds like it has a very nice scent too.
