Clowesia dodsoniana no rest?

My clowesia dod. Shoud go on rest during this period, or, at least start losing the leaves, but my clowesia is not doing any of the above. I reduced watering from the end of november and I should stop watering at all in january. What can I do if the plant has still the leaves ? Do I stop watering anyway? Or it should be a signal that the plant is not ready to go on dormancy?
