Cycnoches Golden Showers HOF #2
Not the most amazing photos, but I was very excited to see this one bloom. Odd smelling for sure. It was a chemically smell that morphed into something overwhelmingly sweet. The blooms have lasted roughly 2 weeks and are just now starting to show signs of age. The bulb is roughly 11" tall, much larger than I thought it'd get.

Gorgeous flowers....love the color and form....I like the fragrance especially around noon ....I just posted a reblooms of my plant last week.

Update 9/8/16
I should have staked the bulb much earlier on!
Super heavy sweet scent... starts off smelly chemically, then over the top sweet. A reliable performer for me. I lose a back bulb every winter, but every year's bloom(s) are better than the last.

Very nice! Cycnoches tend to lose back bulbs. They aren't clumpers. Rewarding display!
