I got this Fdk After Dark 'Morning After' x Cat. pileatum 'Green Gold' from SVO this spring. It had a small growth with 1" roots when I got it. Now the new growth looks like a small ear of corn! I certainly wasn't expecting this! Can't wait for the bloom!

I got two of that same cross about a month ago and they are much smaller than this, lucky you.

I do have an After Dark that has bloomed for two years and the pbulbs on it is massive! If the other cross gets as big as my AD, I will have to get rid of some more plants to make room for them.

I hope your cross blooms this year and I can gauge what I might look forward to in the future. I look forward to your blooms.

Brooke

Update: I just noticed the very beginning of what appears to be a spike. I don't have a camera capable of getting a decent pic, but as soon as it's big enough, pics to come!
