Kindra,
Can you describe the conditions that you're growing these plants in? Things like daytime temp hi/low, typical RH and watering frequency. Light levels are also required and maybe some pics of your grow area and of the plants themselves.

Rot during the active part of the growing cycle in these guys is very unusual, so I'm thinking your problems are cultural.
