So heres one of my new babies and it has growths coming out of every phulb it has, talk about an over achiever! It has fat healthy roots and does not look to be any type of fungal or bacterial issues. From an ebay seller I have never bought from before but I will def. keep a close eye on this seller from now on. Its currently soaking up some food it was in a hot box for a week...poor thing holidays have apperently back logged all the mail and its orders.

Talking cycnodes golden shower DOUBLE SPIKE!!

1st of all holy crow this is a serious plant. But I did notice a milky looking substance in between some of the leaves is this a substance they release?

This is from a seller I have bought from before pupsi_dog on ebay her plants never disappoint and this one is no exception!!

Oh and its so root bound and growing out of the pot I am going to have to cut it out!

Post operation of cleaning out old decrepit sponge and really packed roots A LOT OF ROOTS. And they are ALL ATTACHED!!

I am going to have to hit up home depot to find a big enough pot for this!

Very nice! I had to look up the first one as I had no idea what it was. It is really pretty.
Looks like your Golden Shower a really healthy one! I have no idea about the milky substance as I haven't seen it. Good luck with your new orchids!

Its a beast plant weighs a ton and I decided its most likely happy juice sap (whatever that is called I never remember.) Because around the spikes it is super sticky.
