I have a catesetum which my husband bought from before my renewed orchid phase

. Have learnt so much since, however, this catesetum from before the phase, had a very bad fungal attack. I had to remove the newest pseudobulb. I left the entire plant into dormancy, replanted it and left it alone. Nothing happened. The roots continued to look dry and dead but the old pseudobulbs were all still there and looking plump. Today, I repotted the entire thing. I cut off most of the roots (frankly, I didn't see any living ones!) but the psuedobulbs (at least 5) still look plump and big. I treated the roots and plant with fungicide and insecticide. repotted it in a smaller pot and am keeping my fingers crossed. Squirted it with half strength growth gaviota. Any advice anyone? Am I doing the right thing?
