Any news? I guess either you have a none-smelly clone (could be variable...?), the original person describing it had a fire nearby and made a mistake, or maybe you have a totally new species! Any DNA results?

i cant tell if the smell part is variable, but it is very unlikely specially after reading the findings on the person who found the plant in the wild. who claimed a very strong cigar like smell (iirc) .

George carr believes this is the lost species. i do have flowers being conserved in alcohol, and some tissue that needs to be sent to Germany for the DNA analysis, but before that the samples need to be sent to German Carnevalli , so he can send the plant tissues to Germany and to George Carr in the states (i do not have the necessary paper work to do this on my own.)
