Catasetum xroseoablum
a natural hybrid between catasetum longifolium and ctsm discolor. sometimes the offspring may look quite a lot like the discolor but the spike is not erected as in the ctsm discolor. like both the parents, this ctsm leave is long and slender, unlike many other catasetum and the pseudobulb can grow to quite a considerable size. the spike of this one is slightly over three feet, in natural setting, the spike is pendant but because my ctsm are hang quite packed together, the spike formation was supported by the foliage and metal bar causing it to be arching-pendant.
