Thanks. Now that I have thought on it. The back bulb is big and definitely has enough stored energy to send one out. Lol.

Now heres a question.so just for future reference. If the plant has started a spike and the main growth is not 3 inches or more should u still wait for the growth or spike to hit 3 inches or better to water and feed?

personally for me, feeding/watering is base on the roots. as long as the roots is at least an inch long, i would start feeding quarter strength fertilizer irrespective of the size of the growth at that time and if it is with or without spike.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I will make note of this. See if I actually remember! Haha. So as long as there is good growth amd 1 inch roots (several) start watering at half half strength. Got it. Thank u catasetum-ian yours are always so beautiful so u are def. Doing right.
