Mormodes paraense? Female
Default Mormodes paraense?

I bought this Mormodes from Elsner in spring 2013 labelled as Mormodes tapoayense.
Well, the flowers do not look like any tapoayense foto I've seen on the web.
My guess, it's Mormodes paraense.
What do you think?
The fotos are clickable.

Anyway, I'm thrilled by it: the rich dark color, the texture is just amazing!

It grows in a 8cm plastic pot in bark. This is the first flowering.

I can't help you with the ID, but it certainly is a great looking flower!

Hello Saadia, I approve your assumption of Mormodes paraense. My plant is also from Elsner. Here is the link

Thank you euplusia, actually your photos gave me idea that it might be the paraense.
