I must be doing somthing wrong

I have 5 plants that need a winter rest. The Den aggregatum I have had for 2 years and it bloomed for me last year, only a couple of flowers. the others, Calanthe rosea, Chysis leavis, Monn. Millenium Magic Witchcraft and catasstum Frilly Doris, I got this year. They are doing nothing. No flowers No new growth. I have not watered them since Halloween, I have read the svo thing on culture so I think I might have done something backward. Are they suppost to flower before winter rest and losing their leaves? I 'm so confused lol
