New cat on the way Merry Christmas to me!

My mom ordered me a Catasetum Pileatum x Expansum for Christmas!! EEK!! I am so excited after seeing other members post pictures of these separately and they are absolutely astounding!! The only thing is it shows a dark blooming flower....now I have to wait until it fully grows and then spikes...I am not liking this at all...

Hopefully it will be in full winter rest so I will just tie a bow around it and stick it under the tree lol.

That's awesome! The only time I get orchids as gifts is if I purchase them for myself. Lol! Last year, I got some nice Christmas, Birthday and Mother's Day gifts for myself!!

Sorry there is 3 of us and the twins bday (older sibs) bday is 10 days b4 Christmas so we are pretty much set lol!!

My mom is like yall are at the point I cant choose anymore so tell me exactly what you want. So thats pretty much what we do and we get what we want for Christmas lol!!
