Here a pic of FDK just unpotted. The red line is where I cut the roots. You can see the short new ones from the base of the new growth.

eh eh, they were from mid-end of October until April without water and also inside (17/20°C - 63/68°F) so the loss of water was huge. At cooler temps they shouldn't be shriveled like this, but roots could dried and cuttings is almost necessary to avoid rots due to their decomposition.
Being said this,
Goodnight! (Here it's 2 am)

Awesome! I have noticed that on mine as well that the upper buds at the very top are not going to develop. Not sure why but they are looking to do the exact same thing @Cortisierre's did. Hmmm. Okay so odd question are these one of the types that have male and female spikes? If so what type is mine lol.

Also think I may have a few converts for orchids posted these pics on facebook and got several seller requests lol.

That's the pollen! Many Catasetinae fire off their pollen at the bee to scare the bejeezez out of it so it flys away.

Beautiful flowers BTW.

Yep, I love having unsuspecting people stick their noses in the flowers and watch as they reel in terror at being attacked by a plant! Having the pollen stuck their nose is icing on the cake
